Our kennel was built in 2007. It is constructed out of metal siding and wooden framework. It will house 30 dogs, 20 inside and 10 that face the outside. The kennel is on its own septic system which keeps the dogs in a clean environment. Kennels are washed and disinfected daily to keep everything in top condition. Puppies are whelped in the kennel in special rooms where the heat can be controlled according to puppy age. Puppies are handled daily to be sure that puppies are socialized well. They are socialized with children (supervised) and by Jeff and I. We also have a training area to the left of the kennel..where the dogs are let out daily to rip and run and burn some energy. We use this area also to train and take the dogs to stock.
